thanks sunfire.I put 2 bristlenose to maintain algae.I also put lots of stem plants which I will remove later when the tank is already stable.I didn't mention there in my 1st post that my driftwood is 2 ft long and it has 70 pcs of assorted anubias and my blyxia(foreground) is 140 pcs.maybe thats the reason why I have controlled algae.
I pretty much love your anubias tree and the emmersed HC. Nice work on that.![]()
Beautiful.. and it's only one month old!
I am into Plecos now...
L46, L173, L134 & L236

The tank would look much better if the foreground was hairgrass or glosso
great looking tank u have!
considering jus a month old.
Hi ahkarboy.I just got tired of planting glosso and hairgrass in my previous set ups.I just gave blyxa a try.thanks for your suggestion.I'm planning to reset the tank, maybe I'll consider glosso or elatine.
thanks gwabbie.
Hey lowell nice set up
What is the HC rooted on? You just left it to grow on your driftwood?
Hi bro,
Like the emmersed HC, how did you do it?
hi inimicus,dwgi32.I just tied a bunch of HC on top of my driftwood.I already have this tank torn apart two weeks ago.the anubias kinda ovelapped each other.I will try to set it up again this week.but I guess the HC is going away.will post update soon.thanks for your comments.
your foreground of blyxia japopnicas looks real good!
