I work out at Clementi and Bedok gyms....haven't tried the one at JE yet...
Hi there,
I'm quite a regular at the JE club fitt gym. And I was wondering probably some of you guys are also regulars gymmers over there. Maybe I've met you before or even assisted you but didn't know you're an AQ forumer. So just out of curiousity.

I heard from my friend that JE is the largest Club Fitt gym. Plus also got very nice view. Facing the swimming pool.

Always wanted to work out. But don't do how to use the equipment and no kaki to go to the gym

Can go join me if you're interested. Or can ask the instructors over there for free crash course. But if you're going there for the first time, try to refrain from going there in the evening cause almost every equipment are occupied and rather full house. It will be a waiting game. But if you're working then no choice.

I am forced to use the SAF gym only at Bedok.
But I am paid about 4 dollars per hour I use.
Why forced? Is it a safra club. Oh I didn't know they charge by hours. Mine $2.50 for as long as you want.

However, the catch is that I must attend their 8 week training program, twice a week in phase 1 and thrice a week in phase 2! You have to become eligible for this program if you fufill certain criteria which I will not highlight here.
In addition, the personnel trainers would ensure you become fit by pushing you to the limit!
Not to mention that their gym has the latest equipments for measuring your fitness and strength! I especially like their jumping measurement machine - it's totally automated! The threadmills are state of the art!
Where is this place? It's called Bedok FCC. It's located in a rustic area of bedok, near Bedok corner! There are some military camps nearby!
The effectiveness of this program is really good! 2.4 timing from 15mins to 11 plus minutes! Chin-ups from 0 - 5! I lost weight and regained it again as muscle!
However, the people attending this gym / fitness program has bad attitude....they like to grumble a lot...
