Ones circled in red looks like Ludwigia brevipes.

Not used to identifying plants from the top. Perhaps a side picture?

i just trim off the green plant, which i also think is rotala green.
will post another pic when it grows.
i taken out the red plant after hair aglae and melting leaves occured.
