Looks like a juvenile festivum cichlid.

Yup... It's Mesonauta festivus or more commonly known as the flag cichlid (NOT dwarf flag cichlid - Laetacara curviceps) from the Cichlidae family. Pretty common in the aquatic trade, but nevertheless, an impressive fish.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

    Festivum

Careful! Not advisable to comm with smaller fishes.
One of my corydoras dorsal fin was trimmed off by a 1" festivum cichlid.
