    hi
after a shaky start using ADA soil, my amazon nanocube is taking shape.
Currently i have windelov, java fern, anubias and japonica. Some tenellus in the fore ground. since nanocube comes with blue LED light, i created a white sand river that would bring out a moon light river effect when it is on.

currently 10 hengel rasbora, and 2 honey gourami. thinking of cherry when the setup run in.

Very nice hardscape placement and good creation of depth you have with the sand path.
Maybe some E.vivipara at the back to tie in the front and back of the scape. But think you placed the B.japonica at the back right?

I was told by LFS nanocube can be changed to White PL before. Correct me if I am wrong. Anyway, great work brother. Nice scape you have there.

    thanks guys.
Hi valice, yeah i place japonica at the sides and the back. actually the japonica is quite hidden. still looking for plants to enhance the jungle look.

Hi Jaws, the sand i got from NA, very very fine sand, maccam like fine salt. At first was thinking of a snowy mountain with a few scrubs look when i found that sand. it can really be made to look like snow. But couldn't find the right stones/rocks so end up with this jungle look.
I still have a 20 cm cube low tech cherry shrimp tank to revamp. still thinking of a scene to create.
let me know hw much you need, i can see if i can give you. i still have about 3/4 size of a 1 kg rice bag left and i dun think i need that much for 20cm tank.

Hi ricca, yes it can be change.

How do you prevent both sand from mixing with each other?

Aren't the stones separating the different substrate from mixing? Or do you mean during initial stages of setting up the scape?
