Apistogramma agassizii male. But I think the female is a different species. Female looks like Apistogramma borelli to me. But then again the first photo could be female too. I might be wrong though.

For the first photo, the caudal fin looks rounded rather then spade shaped. Wait for others to comment.

    I'm confused.
Altogether how many fishes are there?
I see one A.agassizii. First picture is male. 2nd picture is a different fish from the first? That looks male too.

As for the bottom two fishes, off hand I can't identify it. But don't look like A.borelli.

Any other better player to try to ID the bottom fish? This player failed.

first and second picture are both of the same fish, i think...A.agassizii, but the 2nd one looks distorted by the curvature of the container.

2nd pic is definitely not an agassizii, but i have no idea what it is

First 2 pics looks like a female Ap. agassizii because the ventral fins spot some back patterns. The 3rd pic looks like a female Ap. baenschi, also known as "inka" to me.

Males Ap. agassizii have a lanceolate tail as shown in the picture below. Also, dorsal finnage will appear bigger and longer especially at the end. Females usually have a rounded or only slightly truncate tail. Black ventrals are also a sign to look out for.
