What plants to grow?

Hi Plant Experts

After giving up my thought of setting up a Reef tank (due to high capital cost), finally decided to go for a plant tank.

Can people here give me some advise on what kind of plants to put in the tank.
I would prefer to have very minimal maintenance....don't have to take leave.
Change water, feed fishes and some trimming of plants that's all.

Plse advise.

echinodorus, cryptos, moss, fern are all low light plants, dun need much maintenance plus easy to grow except for moss (low temp) crypto (sensitive to water condition)
