Feedback on Eheim universal pump VS compact+ pump

Hi all,

Looking for some feebacks from forumers who are using either model mentioned above (or even better if using both models). Which one is more durable/reliable? Which one is less noisy (comparing one to another from more or less the same capacity).

Am using the compact one. As with most Eheim pumps/filters, it is quiet and strong. Only complains are that the cover is sometimes not easy to take out for cleaning and sometimes may need some physical encouragement (knock/slap) to get it started.
