Keep one or two to keep algae in check. Less algae sustains less fishes. Even if they feast on the mosses, less mouths do less damage.
The rest, advertise and give away.
The question above is asked as I bought 2 S.A.E about a year ago to tackle my brown hairy algae problem.
The algae has since been eradicated and I must say that the SAE did a wonderful job with the help of some algae killer bought a C328.
Now, the problem is they have now move to eating my mosses. Java as I know is their favourite and even spiky and erect mosses were not spared.
So, my question is what do I do with them? They did a wonderful job and I feel sad hrowing them away. I have no other tank to put them in and I also worry that the hairy algae might come back in their absence!
What are your 2 cents?

Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
I either return it to the shop (no money back) or give it to others.
Give others.
Yes. Especially those who keep Arowana planted tanks like bigger SAEs.![]()

Some of my friends who are teachers donated it to their school ponds, where they have tripled in size and are living side by side with the foot-long plecos.
Keep them with angel in bare tank. or bare apisto tank. See how the apisto 'kick' them.![]()
