hi all. i just want to ask if anyone had breed white cloud mountain before cause i think i saw a baby white cloud mountain in my tank it is very small i think less than 1cm so the only thing that drew my attention to it is its bright colours at the side. was looking at my 3ft planted tank then i notice something glittery swimming at the back of the tank.
i am so excited to see it, but do not know whether it will survive since it is so small and there are a pair of guppies, pair of dwarf puffer,1 6cm oto, 3 amano shrimps and of course 10 white cloud mountains.

anyone with experience of breeding them kindly give me some advice here? thanks

edit: i read a piece of article on white cloud mountain and it said that adults will eat their offsprings? could that be the cause of me seeing only 1 baby inside and should i remove it immediately and place it into my 1ft cherry shrimp tank with 3 cherry shrimp?

Well i think the guppies, dwarf puffers and adult white cloud minnows will all eat the fries.
If your tank is heavily planted then maybe some will have chances of surviving.

I think cherry shrimps might eat the babies too, if they are able to get their pincers on it.

Managed to spawn them on a constant basis.
Simple moss setup in a 2FT tank.
As with shrimplets, the babies need alot of hiding space as they're really tiny.
    Mine spawned like nobody's business!

Yup. One sure way is to setup a species tank with lots of cover/plants. I vaguely remember that at one stage in their life, they will actually look a bit like mini neon tetra.
