4ft Hopar brand T5 light

Hi,
jus bought a 2nd hand 4ft Hopar T5 light set (54w x 4).

1) Is it possible to change to T5 HO light tube?
2) Do i need to change the ballast?
3) Any place to recommend?
4) how many K shld i go for? current T5 tube is 10000k.

if its 54watts, it should b a HO fixture. You can change the tubes to 6000-7000k for planted.
