4ft HOPAR T5 light

I jus got a 4ft HOPAR T5 55w x 4 light. Is the ballast normal type or e ballast? Shld i change the ballast? where could i get it done?

advise needed.

i'm using one set. the ballast is e ballast. why?

Heard from NA boss the hopar brand ballast if spoil cant be replace due to the space of the lighting case.

From what i know, T5 light sets only uses e-ballast.
