Add 5ppm of NO3 via KNO3 and 1ppm of KH2PO4 and wait for a week or so to see if the condition improve. Some Seachem Equilibrium would help as well.

I have APP as foreground plant in a non-CO2 tank, 2ft x 2ft x 1.5ft using ADA Amazonia + Azoo substrate and lighting is 2x24W T5HO... And the APP, which was growing well, suddenly started to turn yellow in patches...
Anyone has any suggesstion on why it is happening and how to remedy it?
Thanks!

Thanks, Peter!... Hmm... Seems like I had chosen a wrong plant for a low maintenance (or rather, NO maintenance ) tank...
