I notice that every morning when I switched on the light, my OTO will be swimming fanatically ... is it b'cos it's startled by me? It will continue the crazy swimming for a couple of minutes ... quite long, right?

Nothing to worry, probably a combination of getting startled by the turning on of the lights, and getting his/her engine started for the day.
