According to the picture 2 of the reactor, the water output from the cannister should connect to the upper inlet, then we should see alot of "ball rotating" and finally CO2 rich water coming out in the lower tube with some misting.

Try to direct the outflow/lower tube to blow water across the tank to ensure plants at the other end of the world gets CO2 rich water.
