Hi Where did you get this crypt from? The owner did not tell you?

it should be some rare crypt and i believe you have ask the owner.

it might belong to any of the crypt type. Possible of C. keei "green form"
It could be C. affinis "green form" also. But i think it could be C. hudoroi ..

Could it just be C. wendtii 'tropica'? though there semms to be little leafs for this pic.

Let me guess, you got the plant from local seller, perhaps the vendors at Sumenep or Makaliwe.
You obtained the crypt as half emmersed, it has those undulation texture on the wavy leaf surface and they are quite stiff.

I think I have this one before but forgot the name. It benefits in particularly harder water.

Yup you are right. Got it in Sumenep.

In Indonesia, if you take it from Sumenep. The most possible species is C. hudoroi ..

Thanks. Its difficult to find the more interesting crypt here. Most of the time its stumbled upon by chance. Any places to get a wide variety of crypt in Jakarta?

I think it's C hudoroi too. Use to think it was C affinis.

went to the market again and no more... guess have to wait till the labaran is over here!

You may want to try on saturday and sunday (you got to love the selection and the price there!)
The vendors and suppliers will be out for a while from now on, hari raya here is the biggest celebration around here. Likely that they are going back to their hometowns, probably by the rural areas.

Oh yup, that's true! No wonder Sumenep was really disappointing when i was there on Sunday.
