Chillers for 50L tank

any reviews on artica mini chiller and hailea HC130A series ?
any other recommendations for 1/15 chiller ?

bought the hailea hc130a 2 weeks ago. Had to bring it back to the distributor to change the fan because it died. Noise level is higher than JBL artica when the compressor kicks in but the heat emitted is definitely much less. Almost like a PC power supply when compressor runs, silent otherwise. It runs inside my room, the noise and heat not very notice-able.
