yeah, so? Mine 5 liters CO2 tank have been 1000PSI for 3 months+ and I use it for 3 x 2ft tanks 2bps. It last very long.

I think the pressure will maintain until all the liquid CO2 converted to gas, then it will slowly start dropping

don't look at the PSI, look at the kg/cm2. the kg/cm2 should be around 100 when full and it'll decrease as co2 is used. that's how it was explained to me at NA anyway. i'll check my gauges when i'm downstairs near my tank later...if i didn't remember wrongly, only my kg/cm2 drops

1000 psi is about full tank. When it drops to zero, it can still go on for a week or so.

Be glad. No one wants to keep lugging a CO2 tank frequently for top up.
Mine is one year plus and still no ready for top up yet.

kg/cm2 and psi are similar, it is just a unit. psi is pound-force per square inch. You can check wiki if you want to know how to convert psi to kg/cm2. 1psi = 1lb(f)/in2. In other word on your 1st picture the red color numbering is in psi unit and the black color numbering is in kg/cm2

to know how much co2 is left, you'll need to do weigh your cylinder. however, you'll need to know,
    a) weight of the cylinder when it is empty
    b) weight of the cylinder when it is full

by weighing, you'll know how much liquid co2 is left.

co2 pressure will change according to temperature. at ~26 deg c, the pressure is ~970psi, at ~32 deg c, the pressure is ~1200psi.

so the pressure reading does not indicate how much co2 is left.
