Your questions are too general as there are many species of killifish and each have their own requirements. So it would be easier if you could narrow down the species that you have in mind and find out the specific requirements.
When it comes to shrimps, I generally follow the general thumb of rule that anything that fits the mouth of the fish is potential food for them. However, to generalise, many species are not compatible with shrimps.
Did know that there are annual and non-annual killies as well? So it really depends on what you are looking for. You will need to do lots of reading on the basics first.
