I bought the "zebra snail" from Colourful (thomson) and "Horn snail" from Polyart (Clementi).
They are cheap ... Each not more than "1 GOLD coin".

Perhaps you can indicate where you are staying so that we can suggest an LFS nearer to you.
For what it's worth, these snails are often avaialble at C328 as well.

Have seen them in a few LFS - C328 florist, polyart, Y618, Eco culture.

Do these snails eat plants? Thinking to have them in my planted tanks. Are there any website that list the species in the world?

Most are graze on algae, diatoms, and detritus. I haven't come across any websites that comprehensively feature them.
For what it's worth, do a search for "nerite" in the Inverterbrates section of Freshwater Fauna forum. There were some discussions on them, including some links to certain species.
