    Hi guys

Wanted to purchase a internal canister and i saw some bro using theis eheim aquaball. Is this product good? Does it give any problem? Which model is suitable for a 4ft tank?

Where can i get this product?

There was a review quite a long time ago. The main complaint if I remember correctly is that fish that hide behind this equipment might get stuck. For a 4 footer, it is better to use a canister filter or 2.

For 4ft tank, 2 canister probably the best to get better water circulation.

I have the Eheim Aquaball. Used to use it on my 4 ft tank, but smaller fishes do get stuck and die. It's a fish trap. For larger fishes, it should be no problem at all. However, it clogs quite easily, as with all internal filter.

The shape looks good though, but replacement media is expensive!

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

Yes, Ehiem's product maybe more expensive; but it is very reliable. I have one filter which already lasted for 15 years and still going strong.
