    hi doubleace
it's no good in a planted tank bud nor in a shrimp tank i imagine, they can grow pretty large as well, a friend had one years ago and that grew to about 8 inches body lenght.
in a planted tank i would use the corydoras sp.

    cheers

I won't keep it in a planted tank or shrimp tank. This fish can grow big.

Check out planetcatfish for more information.

It pays to do some research before buying.

But is that really really S. nigrita? Maybe the auntie is confused, or it was misidentified in the first place.
