    I have seen many of you guys suspending your MH and other light fixtures to the ceiling. However, it seems to be permanently fixed at a certain height. Does anyone have a pulley-based lights suspension system (ceiling attached, not hung from a rack)? If you do, could you be so kind as to supply photos and also explain a little bit on how it works? Many thanks.
