Try adding 10ml of the Tropica AquaCare Liquid plus 3x a week (might need to increase base on plant response). Not sure exactly how much N & P are in there though. For BBA, add CO2 an hour or so early ahead of the start of light period. How long does it need to actually add the CO2 to the tank via the diffuser? (It does take time to get enough pressure before CO2 get diffused into the tank.). Is the rate consistent from the start to the end? Consider also a drop checker with a KH reference standard for CO2 measurement (ADA ones seem to have a lag time of 6hrs from experience and from Aquajournal comments on calibration).

Will try dosing more this week.
My Co2 will add to the tank via diffuser i think less than a minute when lights turn on. If i on my Co2 1hr earlier ahead of light period, do i need to end 1 hr earlier too ?
I need to do some read up on how to use drop checker to measure Co2.
    quite confusing.
    Thanks.

Depends on individual but uptake drops off later in the day so even if you end 1 hr earlier before the light shuts off, you should not have any issues.

For the drop checker, you either get the reference KH standard from retailers on the web (they got their source from lab standards before dilution to lower levels which we use...accurate) or cheap method using KH test kits to get a KH of 4 with baking soda + distilled water (Bromo blue pH reagent measurement in the drop checker). For every change you make to the CO2 rate, you need a response time of 6 hrs for the ADA dropchecker.
