    Really? Sorry bro not to question your knowledge and judgement, but i can't find any fishes/tetra when i did a search for more information about these fishes on google... Is there a scientific name for it ? and is it a tetra species ?

    Google Pristella maxillaris. You'll get the normal ones. Yours is the "balloon" or rather deformed version.

    hmm do you mean that it went through a process whereby it became deformed/balloon-shaped? if that is the case, i will not support these type of fishes anymore because i want to support original and nice work of art done by nature itself and not man.

    I hate those fishes that are dyed too. Will not endose or support any thing like that...

    More likely to be line-bred, like those balloon rams, balloon mollies, balloon rainbowfishes etc.. But still they suffer, with all their internal organs cramped and distorted.
