I was just wondering, since it way more nutritious to feed fries and fish BBS, dont these come in frozen forms. like the cubes that bloodworms and adult brine shrimp come in.

I'm sure some find that hatching these may be a hasstle if you're too busy.

    Another Question,

Would the Nutrition Drop if these are hatched and Frozen into cubes myself?
If I were a fish, I'd BREED all Day!

you could just purchase decapsulated brine shrimp eggs. they're actually more nutritious than bbs as they haven't even hatched yet and the bbs don't use up even 1 minute worth of the yolk sac...i think they're smaller in size too. 100g lasts forever (i've been using as a staple for both adults and fry for 4 months and it isn't even half gone).

However, i've heard feedback that some fry don't like to eat it, though personally i've had no problems at all feeding them to fry and adults alike. The adults whack it the moment it touches the water and when i check on the fry about an hour after feeding, all have round and orange bellies

    cacamaniac,
Frozen newly hatched brine shrimp are not available commercially. I have been searching for it too. But some discus shops do hatch and freeze BBS for their own use and will sell only to regular customers.

This is a great question. I don't think I'm going to have the time to keep hatching them for my fish.

Where can I buy decapsulated brine shrimp eggs?

    Chris,
As far as I know decap BS eggs are not available commercially.
But I do know someone who import them and sells them from his home.
Let me know if you are interested.
