DId you purposely cross breed 2 different breeds of shrimps?
The dark body somehow enhances the color of the stripes....looks great!
Does all the shrimplets look the same?

They could also very well be the same species, just different colour morphs. However, unless the exact identification can be made, it is difficult to say if they are hybrids.![]()

the orange eye tiger shrimp looks like normal tiger (Caridina cf. cantonensis).
the orange eye breed true and the offspring are orange eye-, light- and dark blue tiger shrimp.
and the blue x black tiger shrimp offspring are orange eye-, light- & dark blue and black tiger shrimp.
all are the same species. just different color morphs.
