Reply With Quotei haven use a skimmer like yours before but i believe it has something to do with your flow rate. max yr flowrate or it might be due to your water level. it seems abit low. try to top up more water.

I have install a sunsun filter with a surface skimmer. But the skimmer not working well. Anyone have the same problem?

Your water level does seem to be below the surface skimmer. When that happens, your skimmer stops working.
