First of all, what are lyou looking for? Flourish or Excel? There are 2 different product. Secondly, forumers would be able to help you more if you indicate which area you are in.
It is a common item, which most LFS keep stock.

flourish excel is the full name.
you can get it from most lfs that sells planted stuff. Nature aquarium and clementi florist and aquarium at clementi blk 328 are 2 good places to go.
