    Hi all

Just wanted to share what happened to the above that i have.

As most of you know, I am cycling my 2ft tank. Hence I transferred the above to my 1 ft cube which houses L128, L134, L27 and L236.

The albino BN (Veil Fin) that I have has a long veil tail and long veil dorsal fins as well.. To my horror when I came home just now, the whole tail is gone. It look as if the tail dropped off like a lizard. The chop is almost to the body. Fish is still alive, but probably have problems balancing. Still eating though. Not sure which pleco did this to him.

I am going overseas for 1 week from Sunday morning.

    1. What should I do?

    a. Should I throw the BN away? I am afraid he will die and I am not around to fish him out if I leave him the current tank.

    b. Throw him into 2 feet uncycled tank. I am afraid he will also die and I am not around to fish him out.

    c. leave him be and pray

    2. WIll the tail grow back?
    I am into Plecos now...
    L46, L173, L134 & L236

    Probably the L128, L134 or the L236.

Pass the fish to me in the mean time. No good if it dies while you are away. May mess up the whole tank.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?
