Hmmm... This guy seems different from a normal zebra (other than the wavy lines) on the basis that H.zebra is more of a white base with black lines, and this guy is a black base with white lines imo.
Still, it is an exceptional specimen.![]()

Is it endangered? Can we purchase them at LFS? Any ideas?

Its not a zebra, it is a Leporacanthicus sp. discovered maybe last year...no L number yet![]()
