Try getting more plants for your background. it'll look empty otherwise. HC is ok. post another pic after the hc spreads? =) good luck

hey guys.
this is my first attempt.
have not completed yet and still got lots more to go.
some specs of the tank:
2x1x1ft tank with black okyama paper.
magic soil with base fertilizers.
2213 canister filter. (i find it too strong)
2ft T5 dymax lighting.
CO2 set at 2bps using diffuser.
timer set to 10am to 2pm, then 6pm to 9pm.
got 2 sae and 3 oto.
just in case got algae outbreak
going to get external reactor for better co2 diffusion.
can you guys help me see if i planted HC correctly?
also going to get more HC as i dun think i have enough
