    Hi all,
Since discus is a cichlid, I'll post the pictures of my current batch of discus fries (and their parents) here. My original plan was to take photos of them right from the egg stage but unfortunately, my camera only arrive after the eggs hatched. Hopefully I get to shoot more photos of other fish fries (hint hint!) Hahaha!!

Ok, this one is a pic of the fries at 3 day old:

And here's one of them at 1 week old:

    And here's when they're 3 weeks old:

    Thanks for viewing.

You mean the current fry? I can try. They are a lot more active so it's not going to be that easy. Otherwise maybe you want to volunteer your fries as models.

hi Luenny, I can see that you are an expert discus breeder now. Did Andrew Soh's book help?

    Hi all,
    Thanks.

    Puffer,
Yes it help when I started discus initially but then after a while I sort of forgot about the book already. Anyway, there's always experts around to ask questions like Richard (Trident) and Stan and even Andrew Soh himself.

Yeah, to me they are super san merah (or san merah at least). Why I say to me? It is because when I ask the breeder what he calls it, he just says red fish. But he did say that these are brown based fishes - which is like the san merah.
