otos are perfectly safe with apistos, even with the eggs and fry
can otocinclus be kept with apisto..?? will they eat or disturb the eggs of the apistos? I have a 1.5ft planted tank and only the female apisto with the eggs in the tank.

The otos will not eat the eggs. However, they may be killed by your brood caring apistos.

I agree with Eugene, if you want to keep other fish together with apistogrammas, get a tank of at least 2 feet and above with plenty of plants/ driftwood.
