I think you can park at the multistory carpark at lor 1..You can park anywhere along lor 9, 11 or 13..just need to walk a little..
alternatively, there is a carpark at lor 19 i think..in which not many people park.. i've ALWAYS been able to find parking here when i go there for supper..albeit.. need to walk some ways...but singapore is so small...nowhere is too far la..haha..
If you want can also have tim sum at the store opposite lor 17... 126...wan tou sek (in cantonese)..pretty good food..
