How to shift/move a fully planted tank?

Need some sound advise, will be shifting place soon and wonder how to prepare the tank for moving without disturbing the setup.

I don't think a planted tank above 3 ft could be moved. Even if water are removed it still heavy to be move about. The only best thing is to start a new scape.

high risk of damaging the tank in the process also. with all that gravel in the tank.
