if u are talking abt frozen blood worms.. i did that too.. and they seems to like it.. but preferably not too much.. i only the frozen blood worms like once bi-monthly... normally, using tetra bits and top it up with mysis shrimps...

In that case ...if the labels does not indicate the presence of Copper in the ingredients of the solution, it should be fine.

actually, i dun advocate doing so.. coz there are some chemicals which might be harmful... i dun know abt that.. in my case, i dun mix my solutions, i.e, planted (FW) is kept separately from my marine... i rather spend a bit more than to risk having my tank collapse on me.. [:]
