Hi, I'm new to this forum.

I have this 2ft tank and I would want to get a chiller for it. I would like to chill it till about 22 degrees celsius, I've heard of many types of chillers available in the market but I find them too costly.

Is thinking of getting a chiller without a heavy compressor, is that possible?

    can iceprobes cool it efficiently?

I only need it to chill the tank in the afternoon, at night the tank gets direct aircon, so far managed to chill until 21 degrees.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

The cheapest I found was the resun 280. Good for up to 2, 2ft tanks together. S$300 from pet mart. pretty quiet also.

at 22 degrees, you might not be able to see the inside of your tank....due to condensation...
