imo its a little short on plant mass
you should plant more or have some floaters to help in the initial stage

and also i think planting denser initially will give you a more bushy look around the rocks which is probably the look you are trying to get???

i dont think small plant mass is an issue since im growing it emmersed right? will slowly let the hairgrass fill in, really had a hard time planting them.

Some problem with your setup. The light stand is facing the wrong side, the screw should be outside the tank. Anyway for such some tank, emersed planting method is a good approach for success. Try using clear wrap for the top surface of tank to create a greenhouse effect. Keep the moisture in and the temperature constant.

huh really? i didnt know the light stand is wrong. ok i will adjust it. oh ic so i must create a greenhouse effect. wouldnt it be very warm? since the light itself gets pretty hot.

It shouldn'd be hotter than facing the Sun directly. The wrap is to keep the mositure in, as you can't be spraying mist every now and then. Cheers!

guys, i have a question. can i use eden501 for this tank? will it be too powerful? because i want to ensure CO2 is properly distributed . or do you all have any suggestions on how i can have water circulation in this tank?
