Advise needed. Am i overdosing fert?

i dose 20ml ada step 2 every 2 days and 20mi brighty k daily for 4x1.5x2 ft. Plants and fish ok and no much algae except green spot on glass and nana. Plants bubbling gd with 2x150w mh. Water a bit cloudy. Any comments if i am using too much. Nitrate 15 ppm, ammonia, nitrite 0.

not sure what is the brighty recomended dossage, 15ppm nitrate should be ok. From estimate index article, the nitrate target range is 5-30ppm

as long as your plants are not suffering from algae, it's good right... Try to reduce and see the effects.. I believe there is no hard rule for dosing, it boils down to your plant mass etc, lighting, etc.
