Just trim the plants to the shape you want to achieve. Dump or give away or replant the cut parts. The trimmed stems will sprout side shoots. Don't uproot the bottom part.
After about 7 weeks, the Rotala Indica and Bacopa Caroliniana in my low maintenance tank are slowly inching towards the surface.
For Bacopa, I intend to keep it submersed. What is the best way to trim these plants? Do you cut the stem; Uproot the bottom part and replant the upper half? Is this the only way?
