Hi Guys,

I have a set of 4FT T5 HO lights from NA, apparently, when turned on, they seem dimmer than a set of 2FT PL which I own. Why is that so? A simple guage is that i can look at the tubes in the 4Ft, but PL is too bright to look at for long. Any suggestion?
