I suppose you mean your KH is 3degrees? Just do a simple conversion to ppm (parts per million)

isnt KH only part of the calculation?? what happened to dH or GH??
That's ppm CaCO3 (meaning KH equivalent to X ppm of CaCO3). This unit is also used for GH.
1 dKH = 17.8 ppm CaCO3
1 dGH = 17.8 ppm CaCO3
3 dKH will put you in the vicinity of 50ppm CaCO3
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
kH is measured in degrees? I had no idea... So is there any way to soften the water?
Units of measurement for KH and GH:
1. dKH or dGH
2. ppm CaCO3
3. meq/l (mequels per litre)
Our hobby testkits usually give results in 1. and sometimes 2. as well.

I'm too busy at the moment to check if the following products soften water or only lower pH, but maybe you can look it up yourself.
Blackwater,
some products from Seachem (www.seachem.com),
and Dennerle TR7 (IIRC).

I need some help to convert these...
pH (6.93)
CaCO3 (129.13 mg/L)
Ca2+ (34.88 mg/L)
Mg2+ (10.19 mg/L)

Anyone? hehe..Thanks...
