i was just wondering where i can get these apistos and what are their price ranges like for these specific species...
    Apistogramma agassizii "tefé"
    Apistogramma iniridae
    Apistogramma trifasciata
    Apistogramma borellii

And how do i tell the difference between the males and the females when i get them?

is there any other place not so ulu where i can get them?
they like slightly acid water right...so how do i go about achieving that without the use of chemicals and peat?? or is our local tapwater good enough for them?

    a. agassizii tefe, from H20 or from me but mine not the typical purplish tefe u see..but still the japanese called mine Tefe oso.. dun ask me y , prolly it the location where its first caught or something(price: $30+ from H20, from me: $8-10)

    a. borelli, not often seen.. best at toh or that fish and pet place at hougang (price: no idea)

    a. tri, H20.. $20+ (i think)

    a. iniridae, Gan.. wild or F0 $10

sexing: female is often smaller than the big, they do not have the usually long fin/dorsal extension male is spotted with. females during breeding period is yellowish... often, u need to be familiar with that species to know how to sex them... among those u listed, agassizii, tri and borelli shld be easy to spot... for iniridae, u gotta observe much more carefully as those in Gan is wild and they dun come in much coloration
