co2 output inconstant
it also affect your kH
replacing carbon plate isn't cheap in the long run

Anyone uses this before?

Is it reliable, stable and value for money or it cost more to change the plates in the long run?
Never saw any post on this. I saw it in some LFS so ask to check for inputs.

im currently using a nisso brand co2 generator for my 3ft tank, all i can say is that it doesnt seems to be providing co2. other than other cons which others have mentioned before like unable to measure amount of co2 dissolve in water, its also not that aesthetically pleasing. a CO2 cylinder may seem expensive initially with all the equipments, but future top-up only cost $15 or so and can last pretty long.

ok thanks. guess i have to put that idea aside and stick to the conventional CO2 cylinder instead.

Cylinder CO2 is the best![]()
