    Hey guys!
I will soon be converting a 24"x12"x12" 15g freshwater tank to saltwater. (This SW thing is ADDICTIVE!)
I am wanting an invert based tank..
Lighting wont be all that great..2x15 watt flourescent tubes and 1x 50/50 25 watt tube..
here are some of the invers i like...

    dwarf hermits
    decorator crab
    arrow crab
    Tube Worms
    Feather Dusters
Some sort of Starfish (i like the brittle star, but they get a bit big dont they?)
    Purple Urchin
A Shrimp or two (any reccomendations?)
    Caulerpa

Those are the inverts that i LIKE..i know i probably wont be able to have all of them...and probably wont be able to have the Caulerpa because of the low light, right?
What of those inverts mentioned would make a good tank system? Like, is there anything in there that will eat something else etc?
Also, i am wanting to put a single fish in there. I was thinking either a pair of Firefish or a pair of captive bred false percula Clownfish. Any opinions on these or other ideas?
    Thanks for any replies,
    James

Well I can tell you caulerpa will grow under that. Caulerpa is a macro algae and lives off of nutrients in the water. I've seen people grow it under incandescent bulbs, heh.

I haven't had experience with arrow, decorator crabs, or urchins, but I'm sure someone else can help you out with those. Just make sure everything gets enough to eat, and won't have to see each other all the time.

hehehe.. james, u are falling deeper into the dark side..

    Caulerpa
with those lights, u can keep those stuff mentioned aboved with not much of a problem.. caulerpa is something which i have never been able to keep due to the tangs that i have inside my tank...so, can't help u out there

Also, i am wanting to put a single fish in there. I was thinking either a pair of Firefish or a pair of captive bred false percula Clownfish. Any opinions on these or other ideas?
u can consider the firefish.. as mentioned to u b4 in previous times.. for shrimps, u can consider camel shrimps, candy shrimps, fire shrimps.. they does wonders to the reef tank.. and they are very beautiful.. btw, do not have too much fishes.. max abt 2 will do.. and u can go ahead with those fishes u had mentioned.. they do just fine

    Thanks Kel.
How would a Red Lobstor fit in there? Been told they only get 5"..

As for fish, i think i am going to go with a firefish and a ocelleris clown, or maybe a pair of ocelleris clowns..
    Thanks,
    James
