Recently planted some Japanese hair grass in my 1ft low tech tank. Somehow this unknown plant came together with the hairgrass which I bought. It seems to grow well but did not propagate. Anyone familiar with this grass? How shall I make it mutiply? It looks attractive actually.

How tall is it?? this is max height??

Propogates by runners...just like the hairgrass you have.

Thank you both for the help.
I will wait till they propagate, by then can easily to tell either blyxa japonica or Ranalisma sp. Do a search on google, understand that the blyxa japonica propagate by side shoots, whereas Ranalisma sp. propagate by runners.
