    sorry for the poor pictures taken with a handphone, just to share with everyone the old scape. tank size : 90by50by50cm. Tore it all down and changed to a new easy managable scape in.

    Was that your office tank? Can see a copier from reflection. Low maintenance tank is more suitable for offices

    yup so green till there was this day i could not not differentiate between green water and whether the plant mass playing tricks on me...hahaahha. anyway it was done in a rush due to my intention to meet the company budget dateline.

    yup office tank... yes i agree with you low maintenance is the best option...most company have quite a number of itchy fingers...they have the desire to feed whenever they like...quite tough to handle the situation amicably.

    hahaaha actually i have no preferance for either..i adopted them from my colleagues...i cant bear to see them throw away or give it bcak to the shop...in the end the tank became an adoption orphanage. i like ruby tetras though.

    Even the chosen Echinodorus species is green. Having some darker green moss around will break up the scape even though it's green as well.

    You should put up a no feeding sign on the aquarium.

    ah. Understood. Last time I did that I ended up with a bunch of young swordtails. I eventually gave them up however because they were too aggressive to the other inhabitants, and for my taste.
