2 weeks is a bit short if you are starting a new tank. Did you use liquid BB?

I am thinking of keeping CRS and want to know what is the ideal parameter for keeping CRS and if my tank is ready?

Tank was not a totally new tank. Used for approx 1 year already. Just that, I took out all the contents, wash tank, put in new 8kg GEX soil, 50% water from tank, 50% new water, added new plants, used back media + add Sera Nitrivec Biostarter + changed PL light to 6500K. Today went to buy all the test kit and test out water parameter.
Did your filter stopped running? Was there a period of time where there was no livestock? If yes, there is a possibility that the nitrosomonas and nitrobacters are starved of food.
Filter did stop running for approx 30 to 60 mins when cleaning tank. When tank is being cleaned, the filter media was in original water transferred to bucket and there was no live stock. Live stock was in another bucket with original water.
