You can also go over to the marketplace to see if there are 2nd hand ones that you may be interested in. Price is definitely cheaper.

In the market the cheaper brands are like Resun CL series and the Hailea.

The more expensive is the Teco and the most expensive is the Artica.

I guess for a 3ft, you may need to go to around 1/4Hp ones.

Go look around at other treads and you can get a lot of good information about the possible pros and cons before you finally invest.

Noise and size is what I look for. You may be looking at asethetics and price or maybe it is heat generation and effectiveness, or it is reliability and accuracy and so on ...
